Our SDL-FP louvers can be custom built to your size specifications and feature sight-proof, z-blades, providing a functional and aesthetically pleasing solution for your door needs. Designed for easy installation and optimal air flow, with 45% free space, these louvers are perfect for wood, hollow metal, or plastic laminated doors. Fabricated using an 18-gauge cold rolled steel frame with 16-gauge adjustable blades, ensures long-lasting performance. Self-attaching frame with 1 1/4 in [31.7 mm] trim, mitered and welded corners. The screws fasten through frame into louver core leaving the corridor side of the frame free of fasteners. The spring-loaded fusible link mechanism activates at 165°F, upon melting of the link, the action bar is actuated, closing and locking all the blades.
The SDL-FP louver is offered in a mineral bronze powder coat finish. Custom finishes, such as black or white, are also available. Other customizable options include insect and bird screens.
