The SDL-TR70 is a flush-mounted transom steel door louver designed for hollow metal frame doors and engineered for durability and optimal airflow in commercial applications. Featuring two rows of sight-proof inverted split Y-blades set at 1 in [25.4 mm] intervals within a 1 13/16 in [46 mm] deep interlocking U-channel frame, this louver provides 50% free area while maintaining privacy and a clean architectural appearance. Constructed from 18-gauge cold rolled steel, the louver is custom-built to project dimensions for 1 3/4 in [44.5 mm] doors and comes standard in a gray powder coat finish, with optional custom finishes, screens, and corrosion-resistant coatings available.
Available louver dimensions: min. 10 in [254 mm] × 10 in [254 mm]; max. 36 in [914 mm] × 36 in [914 mm] per section. Multi-section configurations available with a maximum overall louver width or height of 72 in [1829 mm]. Maximum 72 in [1829 mm] applies to one dimension only; opposite dimension must not exceed 36 in [914 mm].
